It supports a variety of bending styles, including U-bends, edgewise bends, and torsion bends. Utilizing spring-back compensation technology, it ensures accuracy within 0.20°. The machine offers fast setup times with Power Bend software, allowing for efficient operations. Additionally, it allows for easy and quick tooling changes to accommodate various bending needs. Geared type Pillar Drilling Machines are suitable for drilling, reaming, boring, and spot facing, and they feature 8 spindle speeds. The spindle is made of alloy steel, accurately machined and ground, and is concentric to precision ground alloy steel quill supported by 2 taper roller bearings. A properly balanced spindle pulley is mounted on double ball bearings with bracket support to absorb V-Belt load. The spindle MT bore accuracy is within 20 to 30 microns. The precision ground column is made from a heavy-section seamless steel tube, ensuring rigidity and resistance to deflection. The square table is accurately machined for precision work, and 2 machined T-Slots are provided for clamping the workpiece securely.
